The Five Year Challenge
Well, it's official-- we've embarked upon our healthy lifestyly as of today.. and we went out with a bang.. we ate yummy food and bought a beer ball, and that's pretty much all we did all weekend long. It was a lot of fun.

But now it's time to get ourselves back on track and in shape for the summer... not only the summer, but our 5th wedding anniversary- which is 17 weeks away. Plenty of time to look a lot better, which we should since we are getting older- and I should look the way I've always wanted to in this stage of my life.
The Future Me..

So, here we go- nothing crazy-- we usually set our hopes and restrictions so high that we only follow them for a week.. so this time we're easing into it (6 small meals a day- healthy, workout 3 times a week) so that it's something we'll be more likely to keep up. Wish us luck...

I want more beer ball! This diet is fun, eat more food & lose fat! We'll get fit together baby! Eat some yogurt...
